We learn about coffee roasting, coffee brewing, and how Dungeon Masters might perfectly roast their players for a balanced session.

Sara made some fun diagrams to represent the coffee roasting process, but she is still working on the Dungeon Master version.

Input/Output/Feedback is an existing model of process improvement. When Homebrew receives a new bag of beans, they do a bit of testing using this approach to determine the bean’s profile and preferred roast settings.

For Dungeon Masters, we might apply a similar philosophy to our sessions. What worked, what didn’t? What adjustments should we make for next time?
